Vapor Fogg has a deep commitment to quality, fair pricing, and above all, the satisfaction of our customers. We strive to provide you with the best products and customer service available. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately at mailquotega@gmail.com. We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.

Refund/Exchange Policy Our products are subject to a 7 day return policy from the original date that the delivery gets to your location. If you would like a refund on your purchase, please contact us at mailquotega@gmail.com with your order number. You will be issued an code number that will allow us to process the refund. Disposable products including cartridges and e-liquid are non-refundable.

 



You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Returns

 

Authorized returns must be accompanied by your purchase invoice. All returns and stock adjustments are subject to a 10% handling charge. Stock adjustments will be accepted based on a membership bases. Call our sales team for information. If you received products damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 48 hours of shipment

 



Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

CBD Refunds & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact Customer Support by emailing mailquotega@gmail.com. Product purchases may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of delivery. Once your return is received and accepted, please allow 48 – 72 hours for your refund to be processed. Credit times will vary depending on your bank provider. Refunds and exchanges may be subject to Shipping Fees and other Charges if abused.

If you received products damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 48 hours of shipment delivery to qualify for an exchange of the exact product. Once the damaged product has been received, a new order will be shipped develop to customer satisfaction.

If you are eligible for a refund you will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction, or given credits to your Account.

This policy shall apply at all times regardless of your decision to terminate your usage, Vapor Fogg decision to terminate your usage, disruption caused to the Vapor Fogg Platform (either planned, accidental or intentional), other delays or disruptions, or any other reason whatsoever. Your refund or exchange may be denied if we determine that your request is based on or related to misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
